SA delivery
Delivery is free on orders of R1199 or more. Orders under R1199 have a flat R149 delivery charge. We deliver to every province of South Africa.
Dispatch and timings
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Including that handling time, most orders arrive within 10 to 20 working days from the date you place the order, using a tracked courier.
A few products are shipped to us from overseas warehouses before they go out to you. Those product pages show a delivery time of 14 to 27 working days in the buy box, and the same window applies to them at checkout.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel for help.
